Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase from Fiercely Chic Boutique. However, we know not all purchases work out & returns may be needed. Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not happy with your purchase, you will have 14 days from the date received (which will be in reference to the USPS/UPS delivery date) to send it back for store credit. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted.
We only accept refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit will be received by email via a Fiercely Chic Boutique gift card to the email address provided that was listed on the original purchase.
We request that all items be returned in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase. Original conditions means that item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of smoke & perfume smells, animal hair, do not have makeup / deodorant stains or stains of any kind.
Items purchased on sale or during a sale are FINAL SALE. Please shop responsibly. :)
EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. We cannot guarantee the specific item will still be in stock if you wish to get the same item in a different size.
If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s). we will refund to the original payment if this step is followed.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Although we check all items for quality before shipping out, if you believe you have received a defective item(s) please contact fiercely.chic.boutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with pictures of the damage, order number, and first + last name on your order number. We do not accept damaged items 2 days after delivery.

PREORDERS: All pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are special ordered just for you! No exceptions.
How to Start a Return:
To start a return, you can contact us at fiercely.chic.boutique@gmail.com. The above criteria must be met. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Incorrect Orders: Although we check all orders for accuracy before shipping out, we are humans and make mistakes! If you believe you have received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please contact fiercely.chic.boutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your first & last name + your order number.
Holiday Returns
All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns will be for store credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
When your order is placed with us please recognize that the liability is between you and USPS/ UPS once the package has shipped. We are happy to replace items that aren’t marked as delivered (if the specific item is still available in inventory), but once the package is scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A few recommendations we have if you believe your package has been lost or stolen are:

Confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct.

Visit your local USPS / UPS office with tracking handy to see where the mailman dropped off your package

Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.

Sometimes USPS / UPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
